Membership agreement

Terms

The rules for creating an account, joining a paid membership, connecting a player identity, and taking part in BTG.

Effective 23 August 2026

01

Who these terms apply to

These terms form an agreement between you and AceHQ, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands and operating Bravo Trashe Gaming (BTG), when you create an account, buy a membership, submit profile information, or take part in a BTG activity.

You must be able to enter a contract where you live. If you cannot, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you.

02

Your account and conduct

Provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use only your own account. Tell BTG promptly if you believe another person has accessed it.

Do not impersonate others, harass participants, cheat, misuse payment systems, upload unlawful or infringing material, interfere with the service, scrape private information, or use BTG in a way that puts people, competitions, or systems at risk.

BTG may restrict or suspend an account while investigating suspected abuse. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination. Where practical, BTG will explain the reason and provide a way to challenge a decision.

03

Memberships

Member accounts are free. Supporter, VIP, and Sponsor memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually at the price, currency, billing interval, and renewal date shown before checkout.

Stripe processes payment and renewals. Unless cancelled before renewal, a paid membership renews automatically using the payment method held by Stripe. Taxes or currency-conversion charges may apply where stated by Stripe or your payment provider.

Paid benefits depend on the active tier and may be administered manually. Private-group access, voting, priority consideration, or League Pillar recognition do not create ownership, employment, voting shares, or a guaranteed place in an event. Planned merch or physical-event benefits do not apply until BTG clearly announces that those programmes are active.

Complimentary access may be granted for volunteering or other contributions. It is not a paid subscription, has no cash value, and may expire or be revoked according to the grant shown in the account.

04

Profiles and identity claims

You control the personal bio and links on your member profile. Competition results, awards, statistics, canonical player identities, and archive history remain managed by BTG.

Paid members may submit identity claims and merge requests, but payment does not guarantee approval. BTG reviews available archive evidence before changing canonical records.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give BTG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You can end this licence by deleting the content, except where it has already been used in published material or must be retained for legal or archive-integrity reasons.

05

Competitions and community

Registration does not guarantee selection for an event. Published competition rules, eligibility requirements, codes of conduct, and organizer decisions also apply.

Community votes are advisory unless BTG expressly says otherwise. BTG may moderate private groups and remove access where needed for safety, confidentiality, or rule enforcement.

06

Cancellation and consumer rights

You can cancel renewal through the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. The Cancellation and Refund Policies explain plan changes, statutory cooling-off rights, billing errors, and refund requests.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow BTG to exclude.

07

Availability, changes, and responsibility

BTG may update features, benefits, schedules, and these terms. Material changes to a paid membership or its price will be communicated before they take effect, and a new price applies no earlier than the next renewal unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Services may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside BTG control. BTG does not promise uninterrupted availability or that community and archive information will always be error-free.

BTG does not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Otherwise, BTG is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by your breach, or third-party services outside BTG control. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits that limitation.

08

Disputes and contact

Contact BTG first with enough detail to investigate any account, billing, membership, or conduct dispute. Both sides should try to resolve the issue informally before starting formal proceedings.

Mandatory consumer protections and the courts available to you under applicable law are not displaced by these terms.
