Privacy Policy

What BTG collects, why it is needed, which providers process it, and the choices available to members.

Effective 23 August 2026

01

Who controls your information

AceHQ, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands and operating Bravo Trashe Gaming (BTG), is the controller responsible for deciding how personal information is used for this service. Legal and privacy requests can be made using BTG’s official contact details.

This policy covers BTG member accounts, public profiles, memberships, identity requests, competition participation, and communications. Third-party sites linked from BTG publish their own privacy information.

02

Information we collect

We collect account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, display name, handle, profile details, social links, privacy choices, membership tier, consent records, and identity-claim evidence.

We also process service and security information such as account activity, administrative decisions, role or membership-grant history, request records, and technical logs made available by our infrastructure providers.

Stripe processes payment details. BTG stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, billing interval, and renewal dates, but does not store full card numbers.

03

Why we use it

We use information to perform our agreement with you: authenticate accounts, provide profiles and memberships, process identity requests, manage billing, and operate activities you enter.

We use information where necessary for BTG’s legitimate interests in preserving an accurate competition archive, securing the service, preventing abuse, moderating the community, improving operations, and handling disputes. We use consent where the law requires it and process records where needed to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell member personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.

04

Providers and sharing

Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure. Stripe provides checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and billing management. Hosting, email, and community providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services.

Some providers may process information in another country. BTG relies on the provider’s contractual safeguards and other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or during a legitimate organizational transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality and safeguards.

05

Visibility and retention

Public member profiles expose only the fields and links selected for publication. Emails, authentication data, billing identifiers, claim evidence, and administrative notes are not public. Published competition history may remain public even when a member profile is private.

We keep profile and account data while the account is active. After closure, we retain only what is reasonably needed for tax and financial records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or archive integrity, then delete or anonymize it. Provider backups and logs expire on their own controlled schedules.

06

Your choices

Members can edit profile information and make profiles private from Account. Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Deleting a member account does not automatically erase legitimate public competition results, but personal account ownership and private profile data can be removed. BTG may ask for information needed to verify the requester before acting.

If a privacy concern is not resolved, you may complain to the data-protection authority available to you.

07

Security and changes

BTG uses access controls, authenticated sessions, restricted administrative roles, and specialist payment providers to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your password and report suspected account access promptly.

BTG may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be highlighted through the site or account communications before they take effect where required.
